European Union 14-day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened packaging cannot be returned and no money can be refunded. 

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you. We will work with you to address the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product in your communication with our team.

Order Changes:

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system and can be changed before the package is shipped. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once the package is confirmed as delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
